QX型氣旋篩簡介

     QX型氣旋篩是我公司引進意大利先進技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的一種新型細微粉篩分設(shè)備。篩網(wǎng)自動清理,不堵網(wǎng)孔,篩分效率高,密封性能好,無粉塵溢散,并具有粉狀物料結(jié)塊后在破碎功能。氣旋篩特別適宜食品,制藥、化工、冶金等行業(yè)。 篩分:纖維多,粘性大,比重輕、易產(chǎn)生靜電和堵塞網(wǎng)孔的超細微粉,解決了普通篩機不能篩分的難題。 結(jié)構(gòu)原理: 篩機由電機、機座、篩箱、進出料推進裝置等組成。 物料由料斗經(jīng)螺旋輸送進入篩箱,分流葉片連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動,形成了物料在篩箱內(nèi)不斷的更新推進,使物料產(chǎn)生運動沖向篩網(wǎng),細料通過篩網(wǎng)落入成品倉,粗料繼續(xù)向前,在粗料口爬出,從而達到理想的篩分效果。
