大慶石化HDPE新品生產(chǎn)過(guò)萬(wàn)噸

  截至10月31日,大慶石化塑料廠已累計(jì)生產(chǎn)高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)5500B新品10862萬(wàn)噸,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)1000多萬(wàn)元,每噸比同類產(chǎn)品多創(chuàng)利潤(rùn)百元以上。


  大慶石化塑料廠把握最新市場(chǎng)信息,開(kāi)發(fā)生產(chǎn)適銷對(duì)路產(chǎn)品,在做好通用料產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的同時(shí),開(kāi)發(fā)、生產(chǎn)高附加值產(chǎn)品,為娃哈哈集團(tuán)量身定做的異型瓶專用料。經(jīng)過(guò)一年多時(shí)間、多次試驗(yàn),精心調(diào)整工藝操作條件和助劑配比,先后克服了產(chǎn)品有氣泡、產(chǎn)品外觀表面紋理不均勻、制品硬度高、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力差、口感重等諸多技術(shù)難題,終于生產(chǎn)出符合廠家要求的產(chǎn)品。


  因市場(chǎng)需求有可靠保證,大慶石化塑料廠2010年將該產(chǎn)品作為主打新產(chǎn)品推向市場(chǎng),每月安排1000多噸的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,全年預(yù)計(jì)將生產(chǎn)12000噸以上,成為大慶石化塑料廠一個(gè)新的效益增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。該產(chǎn)品以其優(yōu)良的吹塑、加工性能,成為娃哈哈集團(tuán)設(shè)計(jì)各種新奇形狀飲料瓶的“利器”。
